I engaged Rozemarijn for a software implementation project in which textual input from application users needed to be converted into Business Process Flows. The workload at that time was too high to handle independently, so to safeguard my deadlines I called on Rozemarijn's help. After a short introductory session to outline the background, objectives, and approach, she got to work energetically. On her own initiative, we first went through one flow she had produced, on which I could give my feedback. She thinks along with you, challenges, and improves where she sees opportunities. All subsequent flows she produced were spot-on. I reviewed them but barely had to make any corrections. The way of working was exceptionally professional, not just in terms of content but also everything around it. That matters, because I sometimes tend to want to keep everything in my own hands, which often results in long days and running out of time...
